I have always been a "seeker"-Ever since I was a little girl with dreams and ideas that to the outside observer did not match my environment and socio-economic circumstances. However, that never seemed to matter to me- I knew I was destined to be something BIG. I just did not know what...or how I would get there.
There's never been a time I haven't longed for a career and life that allowed me "self-expression".
Sound familiar?
As someone who consistently put others first, I unfortunately, gave others most of my energy and left very little for myself. I was running on empty, stifling my anger much of the time and sad at how unfulfilled I felt.
Can you relate?
Books, programs, mentors and teachers were where I turned to help me define who I was and what I could accomplish in the world. Today, I am still a HUGE believer in relying on what I call "Team Bryn" to help me move to even greater levels of success in my life. But, after all my experiences, I now know that the answer to WHO I am and WHAT I should be contributing to the world had always been inside me.
Do you know how to tap into the answers to those questions for yourself?
I have always had a huge network of people in my life. People I met at jobs, through friends, in volunteer activities, and in some really unlikely places. I use various subsets as sounding boards to build my business, bounce around innovative ideas, help me think outside the norm, provide leads to others who might share similar passions, and remind myself of who I am and the gifts I bring to this world. And over the years, I've learned how to really hone in - with laser like focus - on whom to make connections with for the greatest impact, support and results in my personal transformation.

And through it all, I have always been willing to start over if necessary. Not without incredible panic, fear and uncertainty at times! But eventually, I found the willingness to make the decision to end that unhealthy relationship, leave that stagnant position, walk away from the company where I "grew up", live in a place where I knew no one (but it "called" to me), invest in myself with money and time in a way that I thought would make other people doubt my sanity, and the list goes on.
